Solution: CUSTOM GAMEPLANS!

If you want the CPU to play well, then I urge you to assist in the effort to make this happen: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...playbooks.html

Custom GamePlanning was the single most important feature in Madden 11 and the impact from proper CPU playbooks is more powerful than every slider combined.

I play on All Madden with sliders for me and cpu set at 25 for most things, and the CPU sometimes puts their super star wr in the slot if Champ Bailey has been locking them up. Or if I have a LB on a WR they exploit that mismatch.
I honestly think most of that is just formations instead of actual gameplan. In my Franchise I've yet to see the CPU actually adjust to anything. I've got rookie corners on both the Bucs and Broncos, yet the CPU still throws plenty to Aqib and Champ even though they might matchup their #1 v my 1st year cb.

Let's recall Madden is over 20 years old. By now given the revenue it produces it should be an NFL simulator used by coaches and players at all levels nationwide.
