Help me pick a Madden

I want to have a football game to exclusively play with my roomates on Xbox 360. What version of Madden would you recommend for playing Human vs Human? I do not care about things like franchise, online, etc. strickly gameplay. I would prefer updated rosters but considering you can get previous years Maddens for under $10 I wouldn't mind being able to save a few bucks.

I would get Madden 10 or 11 perferablly 11 i wouldnt get madden 12 the game isnt even close to realistic even though the graphics are pretty cool. If you have any more questions let me know.

Any big differences between 10 and 11? I thought I read 10 was maybe suppose to be the best. Also any way to get updated rosters on older versions?

Madden 10 over 11 easily and theres a thread in the roster section with updated offensive rosters but he never finished the Defense

Get madden 12 way better than any past games

Madden 10 has TERRIBLE pursuit angles and logic that was NEVER fixed. It made the game unplayable for me. Madden 11 wasn't a huge improvement over 10, but it is a better game in my opinion. I also love the auto sprint feature in the game. However, I recommend turning off the auto strafe.



Watch the Free Safety. Defenders in Madden 10 pick a point behind the ball carrier as a pursuit point. This leads to bad angles and bad defense. Average runs can turn into big runs and big runs turn into scores because of this. Madden 11 isn't perfect, but when you get a nice run, it feels like you earned it... or cheated out of one defensively.

Also notice, on this play, how the SS and ROLB take a while to react to the play or even move at all? Madden 10 sat on the shelf most of the year while I played older NFL games. When I tried to play it again, plays like those reminded me why it was shelved.
