There is no such thing as a COMPLETE strategy guide. All of them are missing something because strategy is steadily evolving.
BUT... There are plenty of places to get Madden strategy information. My website links to about 35 Madden related websites, most have strategy sections worth looking at.
Beware though, some of these sites spoon feed strategy to people by giving them explicit instructions about reads, timing, etc... Beware sites that lead you by the nose because they typically only teach you enough to keep you coming back.
My site in particular offers food for thought, describes potential strategies, and leaves it up to the user to implement them in a way to defeat their opponent.
