Try what I said one time.

Line up your DT on the opposite side of the lineman your going to engage. If your going left then line up on his right side. Engage him diagonally and RS to the side you want to go and you should 4 sacks per game from your DT per game along with lots of pressure.

i usually take a LB thats blitzing and hot route him to a qb spy so i can fully controll, then right after the snap look for the slightest opening in the line and hit it full force. sometimes you get stuffed by a lineman but other times free shot at the QB.

using strong DT's is another way, if they have a good power move rating then its almost unfair.. just hit the right stick down and have at it

getting pressure with a 4-3 DE is tougher in this game because the animation for power moves>>>>>>>> the animation for finesse moves. it doesn't mean you won't ever get pressure with a DE, sometimes you will, alot of those times the cpu controlled DT will get there right before your DEand as far as DE's go its alot easier to use a LE than a RE my best strat is to control your LE and hit right or left on the stick and sometimes you'll swim right by.

If you are playing vs cpu I'd suggest changing the sliders to hum pass rush 41 and cpu pass block 39 -40. I don't control my olbs and Ware and Spencer (mainly Spencer) get a lot of sacks. I would assume a human player would have a comparable level of success.
