Steve Smith a free agent every year?!

I'm finishing up my second season in my Panthers chise and for the second straight season after going through resigning Smith shows up as a free agent? I have checked my settings and they are set to user. Has anyone else seen this or had problems like this? Not sure what I need to do!

Positive........unless somehow their pictures have been messed up and programmed in as the Panthers Smiths face? Maybe I need to look a little deeper than the player pics?

I have seen pics messed up before. I would see if Steve Smith is still on you're team while there being one if free agency as well as finding the other Steve Smith. If its the Panthers Steve Smith in free agency after having resigned him there is obviously another issue going on.

yeah i know the eagles steve smith is a FA alot, i also have a panther franchise going on and i dont have this problem...then again, if he became a FA for me, i would let him go, lafell and gettis are monsters in this yrs game and i love tall WRs

Have you gone through and released all the game-generated UDFA's? Maybe the game engine is cutting Smith to make room for them?
