Is controlling all 32 teams for scouting purposes cheating?

But I'm not going to use the Workout part of scouting. Just Season, Combine and Pro Day

The short answer? Yes.

He should have said "You will see Kurt Warner come out of retirement. That's about it."

What's the long answer? I haven't done a draft yet so I really don't know. On the previous Maddens I didn't scout, I would just use the attribute web to get an educated guess on a player. It worked well; I would get good players but also my fair share of duds.

This year I hate how you can only get an educated guess on part of the draft class, get know everything about 5 and have to pick blindly with the rest.

I kind of see your point, my one question though, does the computer draft just blindly by projected round, do they get their own limited scouting, or do they get access to all? The answer to that, in my opinion, is how much a fair amount of scouting would be

It can be pretty annoying to try to draft a good wr or cb, but IMO drafting 3-4 OLBs, qbs, and rbs is pretty straightforward, sometimes trivial. OL is a bit tougher, but what I do is edit a bit there (e.g. make (pbs + pbf)/2 = pbk), but I think it's a legit issue.

If you have to ask, you already know the answer
