Bingo! That's the part I don't get about it because they claim to want people to report issues and have video evidence, yet the in-game tools for doing so are limited. For all the time Tiburon puts into in-house game testing, of course millions of gamers are going to find far more issues. So why they don't better utilize that resource with the ability to record anything from a game, included, to at least ensure the next Madden doesn't include the same issues, is beyond me.
I went and checked out the "Bugs and glitches" thread here on OS and it appears to have a low ratio of video proof. I have got to think that with a better in-game capture system, there would be far more video evidence of the specific issues being posted about.
I think Community Day is great but it should be practiced year round with the entire constructive community, not just during the annual Madden "hype train" marketing ritual.
