Is it possible to get the NCAA draft classes for Madden without having NCAA 12?

Absolutely. You need an Xbox 360 transfer cable though

They have serious cosmetics issues though, you may want to avoid NCAA draft classes

By cosmetic issues, he means things you only notice in cut scenes and coin tosses. Don't worry.
