Has there been any changes to Franchise mode involving drafted players being non-proportional to each other? i.e. big chest, tiny arms, stick legs, etc.

And does the NCAA 12 import now work to?

These are the reasons I traded Madden NFL 12 in. If these change I will go back and buy it used...

No, honestly it is assumed that the first patch will be the only one for M12 so this issue was never fixed.

The best workaround (the one I use) is to rename the generated classes instead of importing from NCAA by matching up height/weight, because the generated classes generally do not have these issues.

This is really an unfortunate deal. I mean, as the NFL season goes on, there are many Madden players that want to fast forward through one season and roll in a NCAA class. I'm beginning to think that Madden 12 is dead in the water...

Nothing was fixed and it still looks terrible.

Madden 12 is probably done with patches.

Oh, you can upload the draft class easy enough. But many of the players you upload have abnormally huge shoulder pads or other bodily features that cannot be edited. I don't want to overstate it, but this issue has ruined my Madden franchise experience. EA has not given me a reason to keep this game.

I can see the features list for Madden 13 now... "The ability to upload NCAA draft classes with AUTHENTIC body types and equipment". Shouldn't this stuff be a given?

If you haven't played the game at all yet, I would still give it a shot. There are still a lot of good qualities to Madden 12. But since I have had it since the RD, I have gotten all the enjoyment I can out of the other modes. The one game mode that keeps me coming back (Franchise) has some issues that hold it back from being special.
