Help with Ngata

Hello Fellas, just a little online franchise help/opinions needed here. I just acquired Ngata in a trade, and I don't know what to do with him. He's a LE, but against the computer he was doing anything at all after 6 games. So do I move him to RE where he goes up to 99? then if I put my RE to LE he drops from 90 to 88. So I'm unsure.... atm it is Ngata-Linval Joseph-Ratliff-Charles Johnson.... I may leave it that way. It just seems like he doesn't do anything then I move him to RE for one game and BOOM! Thanks guys.

Seems like a good idea but I use Ngata as a DT.

This^ He plays DT more than anything else in the Ravens scheme. He is only listed as an LE because he pass rushes alot, and plays DE in various situations. He should really be listed as a DT, and it is one of the first changes I make in franchise.

Thanks Fellas, but I have Ratliff and I don't have someone to go at DE if I did put him in DT.

The only reason he is a DE on Baltimore is because they run a base 3-4....he is a DT in a 4-3 scheme

Interesting the football reference now has him as NT. Usually they denoted him as a DE.

The Ravens are interesting with that defense. It's like a hybrid 3-4/4-3/something odd with 2 DTs and a DE and Suggs being the other "DE").

Too bad Madden doesn't have more 3-4 Stack plays - that's pretty much what the Ravens do - basically play "4-3-like" with 4 LBs.

Sucks because honestly it doesn't sound like he is a good fit for your team unless you swap players around a alot if that's the case. DEs really want speed and accel. Still, he will do ok - I might just trade Ratliff though and use Ngata as your DT since he is the best DT in football.
