how is the OP getting the rookies in the game?

I would get their Keeper cards(Rookie cards) from Madden Ultimate Team, then ill write down all their ratings, and then go to create a player, create that player(s) I want and input all the ratings I just got

What potential did you give all your rookies?

I used to do fantasy drafts, but now I can't. My teams would literally be without a player under 80 overall by year 4.
