Yes, what LBz stated. That's what I was just posting about in another thread, these on the fly, manual, global adjustments, need to be moved off the field. If I want to coach players up from the sideline, circa the play call screen, fine, but not this on field adjustment stuff. Individual player on field adjustments should be manged through the Adaptive AI according to the in-game players AWR and DPP.
The crazy thing is, to reference that Madden Radio Show with Ian again, he describes the adaptive AI in M10 accomplishing this. Anybody reading this post please listen at around the 59:25 mark to hear Ian discuss what Adaptive AI should be capable of.
