Can i upload rosters without xbox live for madden 12?

ive asked and searched this topic on the web but didnt find a solid answer.

could i upload rosters using a usb stick instead?
or did madden 12 have an option to still download updated rosters without having xbox live?

im wanting to get madden 13 which i wont have xboxlive for.

yes u can look in the roster section they have instructions on how to do it and some post the rosters also.
