Some of the questions I still have, that I haven't seen asked yet:

At this point coordinators haven't been addressed yet, so I'm wondering if they're still in the game, but my question would be: If yes, since in 12 you can hire anyone in the coaching pool to any coaching position, will a coaches upgrades through XP be maintained and carried over to a team if you hire a previous HC to a coordinator position, and will the coordinators have their own progressions?

How will the physics effect fumbling? Some of the hits I saw on receivers left me feeling like, due to the way they were handling the ball (holding it with one hand while they were being spun in the air and such) should have absolutely caused drops. As well, it was noted in my online franchise that most of the fumbles are attributed to backs, and not as much to QBs - whereas the opposite is true in real life. If a pass rusher hits a QB from the blindside, much of the time it will cause a whiplash-type reaction on the arm resulting in a fumble, so will that be the case now?

Can we change schemes in the middle of a coaching career? If I'm coaching as a predominately 4-3 defensive minded coach and I decide I want to switch to a 3-4, can I? And what effect will it have on my team? Same goes for the offensive side.

I know there will be more questions, but these are the three I've been coming back to tonight.

Edit: I forgot two.

When I did play Superstar mode and the practices got stale and boring, I would sim them. Now, with XP being so important to a career, is simming a practice an available option and if so is there simulated results that allow me to gain XP?

When practicing in an online career, will all 32 owners get the same practice session in a given week, or will it be random for each coach?

i think if you change , the players on ur team take a ratings hit... so 3-4 LB will be differnt from a 4-3 LB. etc... from what i understood.

not really take a hit. just have different overalls depending on how well their ratings fit into the new system. if you have a bunch of outside rushing OLBs and you change from a 3-4 to a 4-3 the overalls for those guys would go down.
