It doesn't sound like we really get to be a coach at all. just a guy who has to make sure all of his players are reaching their stat goals

Motivator: Attracts free agents/your FA's don't leave.
Strategist: You build up your guys quicker?
Team Builder: Easier to scout come draft time?

If that's correct then i would probably go Team Builder but i would give Strategist a long look.

Definitely a 'Motivator.' I love free agency and seeing moves being made. Also being a bit more charismatic so I can keep my team together, hopefully building longevity. Not too much of a scout/draft guy.

Oh you know what, you are absolutely right. You know we just call the plays, decide our coaching scheme, decide who plays, run practices, and even assume the responsibilities of a GM. Not coaching at all.

that's my biggest concern with the mode though we can't just call plays based on how we think the best way to win a game is we have to call them based on the best way to get our players stats if we want to progress them. And no matter what type of coach you choose that mentality doesn't change

and forgive me if I've missed something, but are there any additional GM duties that we haven't had in the past? signing,drafting,trading,etc
