What kind of coach will you be?

You could go in with that mentality, just like people go into an RPG game and grind out hours of game play for experience points. You don't need to, I am going to play to win the game, not to attempt to get all my players to 99 overall.

I might just be missing what it is that you think a coach does? You originally made it sound like we don't even act as a coach, this couldn't be more wrong. You aren't missing any of the GM duties, I was merely stating that you are a coach and a GM.

I understand you have a lack of faith in this game and I respect that as I have seen some of your posts and respect your point of view, but I believe it is pushing you into being unconstructively cynical. I guess I'd just like to hear what your ideas for improvements would be (don't take this as all as an attack on you, I am really interested in your opinion).

I think you earn global XP that can be applied to any player on your roster. I remember reading that you can turn a scrub QB into Joe Montana, but the rest of your team will suffer for it.

I'll probably pick a motivator. I was thinking of running a vertical offense and using the lions. My play was to just chuck it up to CJ all day.
