Cam, Vick, and RGIII are going to be the top 3 online. I prefer Cam right now, but none of us really know how good (or bad) RGIII is going to be.

Tim Tebow. He is powerful and very tough. Sure a lot of those other guys will be fun to watch until they get some major injury that destroys their ability to run.

Plus Tebow is the only one of those Qbs I actually like since he was a Bronco so my answer is totally biased.

Definitely Newton, hes strong and fast and agile and can throw accurately. Tebow isn't as accurate or as fast/agile, though he is deceptively agile, but is obviously stronger while running, since hes not as tall as Cam. Vick is too fragile. Hes gonna take some nasty hits with the new physics engine when I slam his *** with one of the members of Big Blue's pass rushing fleet.

Sometimes his passes are not good at all. That is true. There are times though where he is just beyond amazing. Like that playoff game against the Steelers that was won with a pass. It was his first almost full season. A lot of qbs throw like garbage their first full season. An example is I would of never thought Eli Manning would win supberbowls after seeing him play his first season.
