Will coaches matter in connected careers?

Trying to determine where to preorder and some places offer legendary coaches to use in connected careers but will who you are as a coach even matter?

I think it will considering that they have said Head Coaches will be at 4 different tiers/levels. So depending on how hard it is to each each level/tier, Coaches could matter a great deal.

Looman has been pretty emphatic about upgrading not being easy so if the "fun" police don't get a hold of CC before release or if difficulty options have any effect on how easy it is to improve than a good coach could be a valuable asset.

By the way, FYI, legendary coaches start out as there younger less experienced version, I think, so they won't come in at level 4..

yes coaches in CCM have packages, (insert position here) development, easier to resign (insert position here), easier to sign free agent (insert position here), that they buy with xp. each coach starts with certain ones already bought to represent their skills.
