Wow online play is sloooowwww motion again!!!

I'm on Xbox, it's not lag it's the whole speed of the game. It's just bogged down and slooowww. Many people are seeing it

I just experienced exactly what you are talking about. Gameplay was just slow not lag

It's really slow for me too only 1 of my 4 games online has been smooth.
It's not my internet I just tested it I have 23 Mb down,3 up and a 33ms ping.

Madden 10 ran great for me online, then ever since Madden 11, the series has been pretty laggy for me online. I don't know what changed in their servers or in their netcode that year, but it still hasn't been fixed. Early release Madden 13 is every bit as laggy.

For the record, I can play every other EA sports game online with no lag, and most other Xbox 360 games, for that matter.

It's just Madden and NCAA Football that give me major slowdown.

My connection runs at 19 MBPS upload, 4 MBPS download, and 19 MS ping.

So last night I go to a friends house 3 miles down the road. I hooked my xbox up to his dsl connection thats way slower than my 50 down and Madden ran great out of 10 games I hopped in and out real quick just checking.

So, I think if you have blazing fast speed you will suffer with Madden. I'm going to hook up dsl with this company to give it a try while keeping my fast cable connection. All people I see having problems are the ones with 20 down plus.

Update, now I'm having great smooth games online after I decided to try DSL service lol!!! It's slower than my high speed Comcast but I can now play the majority of my games at the right speed. Pretty weird I know. This has been a three year quest!!! I'm happy now, just hope dsl wont drop connection. It's getting 10 down and like 2 up. My Comcast was over twice as fast.
