Anyone else having problems trying to sign Donovan McNabb as a free agent when you start your CCM?

He always gets signed before I even have a chance to click the free agents option.

Yes he is (default roster)

The very first thing you have to do before you make any cuts or practice is go straight to Free Agency. If you do anything off of the "My Actions" page, the CPU raids the Free Agency.
