Fantasy Draft Workaround?

I know earlier there was a discussion on a way to implement a fantasy draft using a 32-user online franchise (even if it's only you), so I was hoping we could get like a step-by-step guide on how to accomplish this feat.

The only thing I could think of doing to get the teams is updating the ratings in Madden 12, do a fantasy draft on there and then implement the teams. Once I get the game on Tuesday, I can start updating the ratings on 12 and give others the roster that want to do this as well. I know the fantasy drafts on there are pretty bad but I'm open to other options

Pretty much impossible from my understanding. You can't carry an edited roster into CCM and the refined trade logic within CCM means that you simply aren't going to get some of the players that you want.
