Amazon pre-orders not shipped?

How do I get my luck card? I got him in Madden 12 and then loaded M13 and accidently put him in pending and now I can't find him anywhere. Also I got Jerry Rice in M12 if that means anything.

EA just hate Amazon??? I don't see why he had to be removed but Amazon really stunk it up!!

Update: I made my order on Sunday and it's been showing 'shipping soon' for 3 days now. I emailed amazon and they said fck off, you shoulda been a prime member. (they said it in a nicer way though) my issue is this, the 5 days they wasted could have went toward 5 to 8 free delivery. they can sit on it for 10 days and still use the 5 to 8 shipping rules.

Amazon shipped mine on Tuesday and it looks like it will be here tomorrow. The Andrew Luck code came instantly, but the $15 off promo didn't come until a few minutes ago.

i got it the day it came out but i ordered it weeks in advanced and used the free trial of prime to have it guaranteed on release day.

Depending on your location they could use a local/regional shipping vendor, which is what they do frequently here in Vegas where they use Ontrac.
