No hot routes!?

There must be something I'm missing/not seeing right? There's no way they took out hot routes, that would make so many plays unusable.

Hot routes are still there.

Off the top of my head, dpad up, receiver icon (x, a, b, y etc (360)), hot route. C'mon, you can do it! Hasn't it always been in that order?

Exactly, they are absolutely still there.

This isn't NCAA 13 lol, you don't go about it the same way.

It did take me a few plays to figure it out as well, admittedly.

Yeah I figured it out. I was used to the NCAA controls where triangle brings up hot routes instead of D-Pad up. And for some reason when you press R3 to see the pre-snap menu it doesn't show what hot routes button is.
