If I turn coach firing off?

Will CPU still fire coaches for other franchises or will they all stay with their teams till retirement?

The thing is I want to be able to rebuild my franchise sometimes without automatically getting fired for one bad year. But I don't want all coaches anywhere never getting fired.

ON = If you don't progress very well with your team ( ie: not making playoffs, losing season(s) ), then you will obviously get fired, lol

OFF = You will never be fired and can coach the team you choose for 30 years (that's how long you can play your Connected Player/Coach Career for) straight. Sure other head coaches around the league can get fired still, or keep their job but that option is mainly for you.
