Is there going to be an "official" opening day 53 man roster?

I'm sure there will be for Play Now, but not so sure about CCM...

The way CCM is you have 75 players on your team initially... you have the choice on the cuts.

I hope in Madden 13, there are 90 man rosters because i noticed how the Giants were missing players such as Matt Broha, David Douglas, and Adewale Ojomo and other players.

Even if you upload your own rosters, no one can bring them into CCM. Only EA rosters will be used whether its the original from day 1 or you connect and update your own from them.

No I'm talking about the roster for CC. When you download a roster it doesn't save to your hard drive, but when you save that roster file manually you can't use that file from your hard drive in CC. I'm not even sure where the downloaded roster is stored exactly, or if it's even stored at all.

Why oh why didn't they just let us use our rosters in CC? Rhetorical question. Don't answer.

^ Okay I just saw the "career" roster is actually on the hard drive, but just doesn't show up in the game.

So I guess it will be possible for people to post and share any "official" start of the season roster that EA releases... Unless the career rosters are tied to user profiles... That would be awesome...

I just hope Donny is on point w/ the equipment in this first update. I've been tweeting him for some Cowboy updates (Romo's helmet for one) since before the preseason and after 2 roster updates (I think), he still has his old helmet. I'm hoping that this is an anomaly and won't be indicative of the quality of updates we'll be receiving this year.

Equipment was on point last year, but OSer Kane699 has taken credit for that. It stands to question whether we'll see those same levels of player authenticity w/ him no longer on the team.

I just want to see the same guys I see this first week of games, depth charts and all. If they can sort out equipment too, hey fine by me.

Some sort of announcement would be ideal, unless they aren't even really planning on having an opening day roster. I don't know, since they took it out of our hands, some sort of indication would be nice.
