Ties not being treated properly in offline CCM

Anyone seen this? Looks like the problem is that when the game is calculating winning percentage, it does not count a tie as half a win, it simply divides wins by total games. It led to the following scenario in the end-of-season NFL standings:

22. Jacksonville - 6-9-1
23. Green Bay - 6-10-0
24. Tennessee - 6-9-1

Tennessee should be ahead of Green Bay in the standings and picking behind them in the draft. Instead, the game is treating all the 6 win teams equally and running the tiebreaking scenarios from there. In this case, it did not affect playoff position only draft order, but it's easy to see a scenario where this could affect the seedings going into the postseason. This is in offline CCM.

Yeah... i just noticed this, too. I'm the Cardinals and my team is 4-3-1 yet we are tied for second place with the 4-4 Seahawks...

It doesn't work properly in online CCM either.

I'm 6-4-1 and, in the wild card race, the standings say I'm behind 2 of the 3 team's that are 6-5 in NFC.
