Does CPU offer trades in cc even of I don't place anyone on trade block?

Sorry if this has been asked but I searched for it and can't find the sender to my question. which is does the CPU offer user teams trades even if the user team does not put anyone on.the trade block because I know the CPU offers trades and trades with other CPU teams but I have yet to be offered a trade and if I get offered a trade where would I go to find it thanks to anyone who can sender go chiefs

On the check list menu , At the begining of the year ...preseason before your first game. You should see the CPU AI present you a list of maybe 6 or 5 players the CPU AI is shopping around and the AI takes your team needs into account then offers you a trade if your intrested in what their trying to get rid off..you can accept decline it and delagate which i dont do cause i dont know what the CPU will do on my team if i let the AI take control...

Thank you however will the CPU offer trades to you during the season or offseason I ask is because IM playing preseason games and want to be sure to be on the lookout for these thanks again

Nope. I only get that during preseason once the season kicks off nothing,, no wonder why i dont get a update saying it was the last week of trading,,, am guessing it only happens during the first weeks of preseason.

I play as the Bills, and during the preseason I signed a second fulllback, and then about 10 CPU teams offered me trade proposals for FB Corey McIntyre of all people!

Apparently he was a hot commodity. The CPU must have seen that I signed a younger FB and decided that I might want to trade him (I did not put him on the trade block or anything).

I just finished a full season and only time I can remember CPU offering any type of deal was preseason. I even put a couple of players on trading block and never got offers.

I had offers for Golden Tate even though I did not have him on the trade block, meanwhile, I received none for Sidney Rice even though I did. I think the CPU realizes areas of abundance and targets them in trades.
