What quarter length is needed to see the effects of progressive lighting?

First of all, I hope EA fixes this issue in a patch so that the lighting prgresses quarter by quarter.

But so far I've only noticed it on 13 min quarters....near teh end of the 4th quarter, it will get dark....unfortunately, I dont have time to play 13 min quarters even with the accelerated clock.

So has anyone else seen it go from light to dark in anything under 13 min quarters.

progressive lighting works fine. I'm happy it's not like NCAA where boom it's dark all of the sudden.

What time settings are you playing on?

....and IMO it doesnt work fine....it SHOULD work for those of us who only play 6 min quarters, but it doesnt.

I play 15 minute quarters with run down to 15 seconds. This will yield a more sim game.

Do you not use accelerated clock?

Dude he's not interested in playing longer games. What he's asking is why isn't the dynamic lighting scaled to the length of the quarters. Apparently the game doesn't do this, so a 430 kickoff that should darken significantly (if it's on the East coast) will not if the quarter lengths aren't long enough.
