Final Fantasy meets NFL! Madden NFL 13!

They failed to fix progression in the prior versions for years. Last year, they flat out told you what the overall potential of the player was and there was nothing you could do about it. At least this year, if I play well with a player I can actually turn them into a stud with attributes of my choosing. So my 7th round pick isn't destined to be an NFL failure with D potential.

XP is so far above progression its' not even funny. The only problem is that coach's really don't have much to do with XP for players. Sure, you can buy the XP boosts, but it's really, really hard to progress a backup QB, etc. without playing them in real games. That's just not realistic, IMO. I'd love to be able to farm some QBs a bit like the Packers are able to do to hopefully trade or at least send a good backup into FA, but without playing a guy, it's really hard to move their rating at all.
