CCM Roster update question

How do i get to use the updated roster in a CCM?

I am trying to start an online CCM and have downloaded the latest roster.

It gives me the option to choose my roster, but it is only letting me choose the 75 man preseason roster.

When I go look at the roster none of them are current(i.e. Tavaris Jackson on the Bills, etc)

Am I missing something here? Is the updated roster only for online play now and OFFLINE CCMS?

Please help I have been waiting for this update to start my season and am getting annoyed

The roster update wasn't for the CCM mode. It's only for Play Now. We'll have to wait until later in the week for them to update the servers.

A bit dramatic there. The ccm roster update will be the beginning of this week according to EA. That makes it most likely to be Monday or Tuesday.
You can actually play exhibition games past October lol but I am sure you are aware of that

Would be really nice if they released the ccm roster and a patch at the same time but there is no exact word on a patch other than there should be one soon.

Actually I Love CCM mode... It is far better than Madden 12 Franchise mode

Scouting is 100% improved.... Progression is 100% improved... still have expanded rosters the trading is 100% improved, coaching schemes make how you build your team so much more important. Sorry if I don't give 2 craps about hotdog prices, but this is the best Franchise mode I have ever played in Madden. Build yourself a good set of sliders and the gameplay is spectacular.
