Pre-snap controls not showing?

Hi,

When playing a 2-player offline game with my son (ie: both of us with a controller each on the same system and TV), should we both be able to access the pre-snap controls as normal? While he could, I had no way of getting my controls to show on the screen - they might have worked, but I wasn't getting any of the normal on-screen displays and options, so I had no idea what I was doing.

Is this normal, or a glitch? I was the away team, so I was almost wondering if this was deliberate to simulate some kind of home-team advantage, but if so, it's a pain for those of us who haven't memorized the entire set of pre-snap options!

I think you need to go into the options with the 2nd controller(yours), and change the visual settings. You should then both be able to see pre-snap for both teams. Each controller can have different settings. Hope this helps

Have you tried switching controllers? Perhaps your R3 is dead on one controller and isn't bringing up the pre-snap because it isn't registering.
