How do you view stats in Career mode?

Just got the game earlier today and started a career as a coach. How the hell do you view the season stats/standings/etc?

thanks, I'm an idiot, I forgot I was under "Personnel" and didnt think to hit B.

I was playing this for the first time last night and could not for the life of me find out my team standings or like player stats, league leaders, trades, game box scores etc

So just to clarify I got to more (thats the right stick menu at the top?) and then its under personnel? I cant remember seeing that tab, but ill check it out later.

Ive not played Madden since probably 09 maybe 10, so it has changed alot in its layout, used to be alot more 'in your face' where you could find stuff

More>Statistics....all the stats are in that section.
