Practice XP?
Do you get xp for you're individual player after a practice depending on their performance??

Yes. It's minimal, but I looked at some of my players' XP before and after and they did change. I think around 1,000 or 1,500 for a good practice performance.

Its the difference in the individual player development rating/coach Xp bonus or are you sure its based on practice performance?

No, I'm not sure. I thought the XP bonuses listed on the practice scenarios were Coach XP only.

It is only relegated to the coach but I'm wondering if their performance in the practice gives them xp depending on their performance.

Your players do earn XP by practicing, but its not dependent on their stats in the practice mode.

They don't earn a lot, and anyone that plays 1/3rd of the snaps earns the XP....

There are however, certain practice's where only the coach earns XP, and those are dictated by the description of the practice in game... so as long as you aren't doing those, your players will earn on average about 1000 XP - up to 1400 depending on practice.

What do you mean by description? I usually do the one that starts in the 2nd qtr up by three and worth 1800 xp.

Has anyone ever got any points by simming practice. I don't think this works.
