CCM no simple transactions screen/retirements

Basically you get this "news center" which you have to scroll through one story at a time.

So you're sitting there in the preseason, you have the cut days, and have no way of telling who the other teams cut other than looking at the FA pool on a weekly basis to see who is there.

Same thing goes in the offseason with retirements really. I mean there was an entire screen for this in like every other year with franchise mode you had to click through.
