As far as injuries are concerned guys, make sure your quarter lengths are set long enough to have players become tired and get enough snaps to simulate a real game.
If your quarter lengths are set to short then you will get lower injury chances just because your players are on the field less than the CPU players. Lastly, with the quarter lengths longer and fatigue playing more of a role then backups with lower injury ratings and such become more likely to see the field.
