Fair catch glitch?

I think if you move your control to the punt returner before the snap, this but doesn't happen. If I control a linemen or something and try to rush the punter, then switch back to the punt returner and do a fair catch, he either gets hit with no penalty or runs forward and lets the ball bounce

theres also the fair catch glitch where u call for fair catch the cmp players stop and u can take off running i scored a td on one those.
