CCM Scheme Question

I have a few questions that I'm having trouble finding concrete answers to, hopefully someone here on OS can help me out.

1) Whenever I create a new coach in CCM and take over the Buffalo Bills (I have not tried it on other teams yet) it always has my schemes listed as Spread offensive and 4-3 defense contrary to what I created my coach as. Am I doing something wrong or is this just a bug in CCM with created coaches?

2) Why in every single CCM game everyone has pink gloves, shoes, jackets. I mean surely it isnt breast cancer awareness every month, right? I remember having this issue last year too.

3) In my CCM - Player I play CB and my offense gets about 1/3-1/4 time of possession compared to my opponent, does anyone else have this issue?
My team still went on to win the superbowl while I went a whole season as the 2nd CB managing 70 tackles and only 2 interceptions and 1 KR Touchdown. The big shocker was that this was done with the Buffalo Bills on All-Pro difficulty, I am still perplexed how I joined the team feeling lucky if we got to get some post-season action let alone a 11-5 record and a championship in my first season.

for the breast cancer awareness month I think it is a bug with the game reading the system clock and being that it is October IRL it gives all players pink in CCM regardless of the month. I believe this was the issue last year as well.

That makes sense then, thank you. My biggest concern is the coaching scheme deal in CCM.
