Why Can't We Edit Names, Height, and Weight?

The only thing I really care about is editing numbers so that players aren't wearing retired numbers, since EA doesn't have an option to omit them.

I meant that you can move them around in the depth chart. I haven't taken a look at player editing yet. Don't really care about it to be honest.
