Looking to join a online CCM-360

Im looking to possibly join a online CCM, Coaches only please. Would also like to join a more laid back CCM (due to work schedule reasons). Also i would prefer for one to have a sub forum for communication purposes. Plus i like how a CCM and dynasties are setup with sub forums. Shows that the commissioner cares about his league and wants to keep it going. My gamer tag is jknott10 on the xbox360. I would like to view the league/sub forum before joining to be clear of the rules and everything else. I am a sim only player and play by the rules that the commissioner has set. Thanks
