Custom Rosters in offline CCM possible?

Their OVR ratings are meaningless, they get calculated differently in CCM, you have to look at their actual ratings.

I just didn't notice it until playing a game/practice in CCM. If I went to manage roster it showed Reggie Bush 90 & Daniel Thomas 67. When I went to the depth chart to make a change during the game, I noticed Thomas showed 74 or 76 (I forget) & Bush showed 83. You can kinda ignore the OVR number, it doesn't seem to gel with the other numbers.

It amazes me how many times we have to go through this.

It works just fine, people just dont understand how its working. Ignore the OVR rating completely. Inside, or outside of CCM. Pay attention to the ratings that actually affect the player at that position. Accuracy etc for QB's, Pass rush moves, etc for LE/RE, etc. etc. etc.

Thats exactly it!! There's a physical, intangible, durability & size grade that go into determining the overall grade in CCM.
