Getting Job Offers During CCM

In case no one has experienced this yet. It does happen.
I was using Pete Carroll at Seattle and this is how it went down -

Season 1 - 9-7 (Divisional Rd Loss)
Season 2 - 15-1 (Super Bowl Champs)
Season 3 - 9-7 (Divisional Rd Loss)
--Demanded Release After Super Bowl Week--
Next Week - Job Offers Screen
Job(s) offered - San Diego... lol...

Regardless, I took the job and a new challenge.

The only thing I can suggest is that you make sure you level up your coach every off-season and get some wins together over a few seasons before thinking you can demand a release and get hired anywhere.

Same here. I had 2 AFC Championships and 1 Superbowl with the Jets before demanding a release after Year 3. San Diego was the only team that offered and I took it. Now I'm in Year 6 and just demanded a release after 2 years with the Chargers and two consecutive Superbowls. I now have 3 Superbowls and 4 AFC Championships over my CCM and have only been offered the Cardinals job. I have 9,000+ legacy and the Bears and Redskins are both also looking for coaches. No offers from either. I'd much rather go to one of those teams than the Cardinals. I don't understand the logic of this game when I'm the best available coach in the league.
