Madden 12 Exported Draft Class Help

So I am the NCAA player and my brother is the Madden player. We want to try exporting my draft class from my game and have him using it in his. Will this work even though we are on different profiles on Xbox? If I save the draft class from NCAA 12 on my gamertag can he import it into Madden 12 from his gamertag? Thanks
