I've created multiple CCM's and noticed that using former NFL names gives you a better prestige. Right now I created a new coach for New Orleans as Sean Payton. Pre-Season week 1 my prestige is C+. I created one with my name; prestige is F+. Same thing happened when creating Jerry Rice as San Fran coach and Warren Sapp as Tampa Bay.

That's actually pretty cool. So you can basically just get a head start by naming your guy after a famous player/coach?
