On madden 12 I used to do franchises where I would sim seasons and just draft and manage the roster but on madden 13 it isn't as easy to do all of that partially because of the fact that you can change schemes without retiring your coach. I was wondering how others manage all of that and also if anybody had any other advice or tips.

Any help is appreciated!!!

Sim games and practices. Coach firing off. Spend XP. Scout. FA. Draft. Manage depth chart. Sign/cut/trade.You get my idea. I do this a good bit...
