Has anyone attempted to make real coaches (prior HC or Coordinators) on game face??

I started a CCM with Chuzinski a few months ago (before he was a HC).

I haven't done it again because created coaches remove the season goals from OLB's, which is a bummer.

I created a Sean Payton coach for the Saints but I couldn't get a good picture and it always looked messed up. I found that Medium Face #5 looks the best for him.
