Starting HB at WR (AI glitch?)

I was in a sim league, played as the Vikings and ended up trading to get Bush to play him as a slot receiver. Thats what he was used for a ton in NO, so why not. Its the audibles breaking the system because the same thing happens with WR at TE. If you audible enough, you end up with no man on the WR as TE and they run free for catches. Reggie Bush at any receiver position was never an issue for me, just a good gameplan that helped without cheesing

It is cheese! IF he wants to put Bush as a WR he needs to use L1 or L-bumper, on the play call screen and sub him into the package at WR. If he does that then the AI will assign his man Left to right as they always do. Receiving backs are really good in this game. But they are just that Receiving BACKs. I often put a TE on the outside and I never get a match of LB on TE or guys running open on blown assignments.

You could also set some sort of rule that the player opposing Reggie Bush must have time to manually set up the man coverage. You can do this by choosing a corner, pressing down on the D-pad, up on the D-pad, and then the receiver icon that goes along with Reggie Bush.
