What's the ONE thing you must see in Madden 14 before you buy it?

- movement momentum.
- foot planting
- better AI playcalling
- better defensive AI
- actually use half the catch animations in the game (I don't think I have seen more than 10)
- lane integrity actually meaning something on punts and kicks
- improved offensive line play/AI
- Actually flesh out CCM.
- An improved simulation engine.
- A dedicated server.
- Flying pigs, cause this other stuff will not happen.

I find it Extremely ironic that the OP asked for ONE thing, yet many of the posters listed multiple...hmmm lol

I wont be getting M14 next year just gonna go along for the ride and see what they did with the Offensive and Defensive line play, which is what they said would be getting an overhaul. If that pans out well then maybe ill have some faith restored...maybe. But if its still a mess....boy oh boy

No one thing would make me, or many of the others here, buy Madden 14. The game will ultimately get high praise in the first few weeks, maybe a month an then when the "new" effect wears off, everybody will see it for what it is; a half-assed piece of EA Tiburon trash.

Dynamic gameplay from all aspects of the game, tired of the pre determined outcomes in this game. Practice mode is to get aquainted with the controls of the game and get timing routes down and all that, but this game is too scripted when it comes to that.

I should not get the same results from running the same play all day in practice mode which tells me there is something critically wrong with the AI in this game and its not adapting.


Too many eyes in the backfield on pass plays and yet players are still able to back pedal stride for stride with a forward sprinting WR. Last time I checked, back pedaling is not sprinting especially while you are keeping your eyes on the QB and still able to track where your man is at at all times while doing this.

sorry if I went off track but thats one part of my reasoning with this game!

The ability to change a player's position within CCM, make it cost XP or lower the player's AWR or whatever, but real NFL players change positions each and every year it happens, so get that in CCM somehow.

Nothing. I know I'm going to buy it regardless.

This is my wishlist, though:
-Improved infinity engine (including movement/momentum/mass/line interaction)
-Create a playbook (Last gen style, where you could make plays)
-Better presentation
-Maybe even a good career mode (Like NBA 2k's)
