I recently just made up a template for Madden 25. I may release it via YouTube soon.

That's just last year's with the new logo, though.

EA will most likely keep the depressing grayscale, but they won't reuse backdrops.

I made those to show an example of the template I have. As far as I know, it's the only actual Madden 25 cover I've seen. I copied it from the blank cover they have displayed in the middle of the cover vote bracket.
