How do I use the last roster updates in a new ccm? Whenever I start a new one up it uses the old or default rosters. I've updated my rosters and whenever I go into free agents I see guys like Ocho Cinco and Owens.

I think they're always in free agency no matter the update, maybe update your online roster and use that.
