Renovate

Has anybody used the renovate option on your stadiums? It has the option but it has
been unselectable for me. Do you have to have a certain amount of money. Because I have
75 million. My Stadium is rated as average but I still cannot select it. btw I am in
my 5th season.

You can only renevate stadiums that you have custom built.

I was pretty anxious to use the features, but when you finally get there it ain't that sweet.
